Revision910 – Residential & Commercial Service and Licensing Agreement

By ordering services from Revision910, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services and Payment

• Services: We provide photography, videography, aerial drone, floor plans, virtual tours, and other media services as outlined in your order.
  
  

• Payment: Full payment is required before delivery of any images, videos, or media. Secure payment options are available online.
  
  

• Property Condition: The property must be ready for photography at the scheduled time. Revision910 is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or rearranging furniture. Please ensure all lights are turned on and ceiling fans are off.
  
  

• Commercial Properties: For larger or multi-tenant commercial spaces, an on-site representative must be available for access and coordination.
  
  

2. Cancellation and Reschedule

• Residential & Commercial: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  
  

• Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: If we arrive and the shoot is canceled or the property is not accessible, the full service fee is due.
  
  

• Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, the client may choose to proceed or reschedule without penalty. Drone services may be postponed if FAA safety conditions are not met.
  
  

3. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Copyright: All media (photos, videos, floor plans, tours) remain the intellectual property of Revision910, LLC.
  
  

• Residential License: A limited, non-transferable license is granted to the hiring agent/brokerage for the sole purpose of marketing the specific residential property for sale or rent.
  
  

• Commercial License: A limited, non-transferable license is granted for marketing the specific commercial property. Use for corporate advertising, brochures, websites, or investor presentations may require an Extended License (+25–50% of the invoice).
  
  

• Term of Use: Residential use is valid for the duration of the listing. For vacation/long-term rentals, media may be used as long as the property remains under the same owner/management. Commercial use is valid for one campaign/project unless extended rights are purchased.
  
  

• Third-Party Use: Builders, stagers, designers, architects, or contractors must obtain their own license to use media. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in additional fees.
  
  

• Non-Transferable: Media cannot be transferred to another agent, brokerage, or entity if the listing changes hands.
  
  

• Image Integrity: Delivered media may not be altered or edited without prior written permission.
  
  

4. Property & Safety Policy

• Homeowners: Ensure the property is safe for our photographers. All pets must be secured during the shoot.
  
  

• Commercial Properties: Client/management must provide safe access, coordinate with building staff/security, and ensure areas are accessible at the scheduled time.
  
  

• Responsibility: Revision910 staff reserve the right to decline work in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  
  

5. Travel & Additional Fees

• Service Area: Pricing includes travel within 30 miles of Marietta, GA.
  
  

• Extended Travel: Beyond 30 miles, a fee of $0.67/mile (IRS 2025 reimbursement rate) applies.
  
  

• Extra Time: For extensive delays caused by the client or property conditions, overtime may be billed at $195/hr (commercial) or standard hourly rates (residential).
  
  

6. Agreement

By booking services, you acknowledge and accept these terms for both residential and commercial projects.
